Conferences and events
A vast 1,200 hectares of inspiration. Our billiard room, once described by Stephan Weltz of Sotheby’s as “the most beautiful room in South Africa”, being just one of many venues to hold meetings and stage events. Prynnsberg beckons.
Typically the serious work aspect of a conference plus the executive accommodation will be in the Manor. This has eight luxury bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rest of the team will be glamping – 28 sharing (or 14 singles) consisting of classic colonial era Safari tents supported by the Bushman Cave deck and bathhouse. The Bushman Cave deck is the ideal place for major partying. The old St Andrews church building makes for a spectacular formal dinner event location, as does the billiard room. There is additional quality overflow accommodation in the area. At Prynnsberg you also get to ‘own the space’ – for the duration of the conference it is yours and yours alone.
Anyone for polo?
Things to do from an event perspective include bicycle polo, clay pigeon shooting, archery, volleyball, croquet, mountain biking, hiking, 4×4 driving, abseiling, and cricket on the polo field.
